Fariborz Boor Boor - CEO
Fariborz Boor Boor is the founder of Caerus Corp (the parent company of OrthoCor Medical) and serves as President and CEO, leading strategic business development. As an entrepreneur, Fairborz has founded several medical device companies, including Visiled Inc., Enova Medical Technologies, Exos Corporation, and Caerus Corp. Fariborz holds a BS degree in Chemistry and Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
Bradley Kramer - CFO
Bradley Kramer is the Chief Financial Officer and responsible for optimizing OrthoCor Medical’s financial performance. Previously, Brad held roles with organizations in diverse industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, military products, and process. He has held senior positions in public companies such as Honeywell and ASEA Brown Boveri, as well as several private equity situations. He has extensive experience in manufacturing finance, treasury operations, and mergers and acquisitions. Brad holds a BS in Finance from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
Jon Boor Boor - COO
Darren Wennen - CCO
Darren Wennen is the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for commercial operations to drive growth and profitability through strategic commercial operations. Darren brings extensive strategic planning and market development experience from both medical device and DME sectors. Previously, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at Avation Medical, where he helped secure FDA clearance and develop market access strategies for a revolutionary new product. At Tactile Medical (NASDAQ: TCMD), Darren was pivotal in growing the company to over $200 million in sales and leading it to a successful IPO. Earlier in his career, he held key roles at Stryker Orthopedics, Gyrus/ACMI (now Olympus), St. Jude Medical (now Abbott), and Sterilmed (a J&J Company). Darren holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota.
